Donald Computer Tech provides on-site computer repair and IT support across San Francisco, Daly City, the greater Bay Area, Seattle WA, and Lynnwood WA. We come to you — at home or at the office.
Client agrees to pay Donald PC Tech to repair, analyze and troubleshoot computer hardware at a rate of $100/hr (Residential) or $129/hr (Commercial). Minimum charge is $15 (Residential) or $20 (Commercial). Time is billed to the nearest ¼ hour. Client acknowledges that troubleshooting is a time-consuming process. Donald PC Tech will take every precaution to preserve data and software, but client agrees to hold Donald PC Tech harmless for any data or software that may be lost or erased.
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Donald PC Tech from any and all liability associated with the performance of service or the provision of parts. Donald PC Tech offers no explicit or implied warranty or guarantee on services performed or parts provided, other than the manufacturer's warranty.
Client acknowledges risk of damage or loss to hardware, software, data, and property. Client grants Donald PC Tech access and permission to disassemble computer systems, modify software and data, physically access the client's property, and install software or hardware as required to perform the requested service. Donald PC Tech strongly recommends that clients back up all critical data prior to any service being performed. Any private information viewed during a remote support call will be held in strict confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law.
